In response to a request for an urgent site meeting and quotation, Pioneer management arranged to meet the residents finance manager within two hours of receiving their call.
Following a through orientation of the site, a Risk Assessment and Method Statement was added to a quotation, which was sent and accepted on the same day.
The building is 5 stories in height. Parts of the building are recessed, and some have Juliet balconies and ornate ironwork.
As a MHOC (cherry picker) would prove to be too expensive we recommended a Water Fed Pole System to carry out the work.
